DAS Flag Day 2011

The DAS will be conducting its first Flag Day in over 6 years and we seek your assistance in making this a success!

When: 1st October 2011
Where: Islandwide, including Orchard Rd, City Hall, Jurong, Parkway
Time: 10 am - 6 pm (10am - 2pm / 2pm - 6pm shifts; volunteers need to be present at least 30 mins prior to shift time)

We seek volunteers to come onboard in various capacities to achieve our objective of generating public awareness and to raise funds for scholarships and bursaries for students from lower income families (over 35% of DAS students receive a form of busary or subsidy). Help dyslexics like Wei and Nic achieve their full potential!

Volunteers can sign up for:

• Sale of flags on the 1st of October 2011 
• Join the volunteer committee and get involved with volunteer management, logistics, planning, etc
