Registration Procedures

Registration and Payment of Fees

Registration and payments must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the starting of the course/workshop.

Parents applying for the Caregivers Training Grant (CTG) funding, must submit the Form Annex A, three weeks prior to the start of the workshop. Registration for our courses and workshops can be made:

1. Online (Not applicable for parents applying for CTG funding)
2. Faxing the application form to: 6444 7900
3. Mailing the application form to:

4. Submitting the application form personally to the Training Department at:

Payments can be made via cash, nets, cheque or credit card.

For Cheque Payment Only
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Dyslexia Association of Singapore’ with clear indication of name and telephone number of participants, course date and title of the course on the reverse side of the cheque.

For Credit Card Payments Only
Credit card payment is available for payment of above e $600 for courses only. For courses above $1,000, interest-free installments plans for 6 and 12 months are available to OCBC credit card holders only.

Confirmation of Registration
The Training Department will send confirmation on courses/workshops to participants via e-mail 1-2 weeks before its commencement.

Course/workshop Withdrawal Policy and Refund
There will be a full refund of amount paid before confirmation of course/workshop by DAS.

There will be NO refund, partial or otherwise after confirmation of the course/workshop by DAS.

Replacement
Requests for replacement of participants are allowed. The participant will be required to submit the request to the DAS Training Department in writing at least 1 week prior to course/workshop commencement. Please note that these requests are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Changes and Cancellation
All training programmes information is correct at time of print. DAS reserves the right to change the course content, date, time and venue, or cancel a training programme as it deems fit. All participants will be informed of changes as soon as possible. Should the training program be cancelled by the DAS, a full refund will be made to all confirmed and registered participants.
