Haifeng has been with the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) since June 2018. He currently serves as Manager of Talent Development and Partnerships (TDP), Lead Educational Therapist, Core Team Member of the Chinese Programme, and Adjunct Lecturer at the DAS Academy.

In his role as Manager of Talent Development and Partnerships, Haifeng leads initiatives focused on professional capacity building, talent development, and cross-sector collaborations that support inclusive education and intervention excellence. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, he continues to provide targeted intervention for learners with dyslexia and other specific learning differences within the Chinese language programme.

Haifeng has a strong professional interest in language development, research-informed practice, and workforce development in special education. His work is driven by a commitment to strengthening practitioner expertise, fostering meaningful partnerships, and improving educational outcomes for learners with diverse learning profiles.

He holds a Master of Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, and is a Registered Educational Therapist (RETA) – Associate Fellow level.
